Scott E. Hinsche focuses his practice on the legal areas of Estate Planning, Probate, Trust Administration, Conservatorships, and Closely Held and Family-Owned Businesses. Scott assists individuals and families in the creation of personalized estate plans for the protection and transfer of wealth and succession of closely held and family-owned businesses.

Scott received his B.B.A. Degree in Accounting in 1999 from The College of William and Mary, Cum Laude, and his J.D. Degree in 2002 from Southwestern University School of Law, Magna Cum Laude. He later received his Masters in Divinity in 2016 from Fuller Seminary.

Scott loves to advise and work with people. Scott has extensive ministry and nonprofit leadership experience. In the past, he worked with 3dp4me – a nonprofit tech startup – as Legal Counsel and Founding Member of the Board of Advisors. He has also served as an Ordained Senior Pastor, Elder, Deacon, and Minister in several churches.

Scott is a past Board Member and Spiritual Direction Committee Member of the Long Beach YMCA. He was also a Legal Correspondent and Law Day event organizer for the NAACP. He was awarded Southern California Super Lawyer, Rising Star, from 2006-2010.
